Well done to my eldest, the thinker, on winning himself two new books by Random House Children’s publishing. Both are aimed at nine year olds which is spot on.
They arrived this morning in response to his entering a competition a couple of months ago.
I am sure he will enjoy the read…just in time too as his current stock of paperbacks is extinguished having been piled up at Christmas.

Well someone is definately a bit of a reader! Good to get there at a young age, I only just started picking up books a few years ago! Wish I had tried harder when I was younger, but very well done indeed!

Thanks for your comment. I am very proud of the lad and I encourage him to read. He is surrounded by books at home and his interest in reading came from not being able to read MY books so I got him his own!
I think you do pretty well yourself me laddo. Its never too late to try.
